Shortcrust pastry: Wheat flour (gluten) • Salted butter (milk) • Water • Eggs • White vinegar • Almond powder • Soy lecithin.
Store in the freezer (-18°C) for 12 months.
For perfect cooking, preheat oven to 350°F. If frozen: Allow 15 to 20 minutes cooking time. If refrigerated: Allow 5 to 10 minutes cooking time. Let cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
